How do I track my order?


Due to the pandemic, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours after we receive them. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a live tracking link with estimated date of delivery via SMS & E-mail.


Can I cancel/modify my order after it has been placed?

We are happy to cancel your order within the same day of your order date.


How secured is my payment information?

We accept online payments via Razorpay, an industry leading, safe and secure payments processor that accepts all credit and debit cards, UPI, Wallets. We will soon be adding more online payment methods.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol to protect your information from unauthorized use or disclosure.

All confidential data, such as payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption.

Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with www.goodspoint.in, please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
